The Colour Crate collection of transport and storage crates was created by HAY using 100% recycled plastic materials at the end of their cycle.

The Colour Crate collection includes three stackable crates in different sizes—S, M, and L—which can be stacked together, even when combining different sizes. These crates can be used for countless purposes, organizing and tidying up items in any environment, whether in the garden, home, or office.

These crates are among the best-selling and most beloved HAY design items in recent years. In 2023, HAY introduced wheels that can be attached to the bottom of the crates, instantly transforming them into small trolleys for so many uses.

What we like about this project is how the Danish manufacturer has created objects that are useful, versatile and handy while maintaining a joyful and fresh aesthetic, typical of good contemporary design.
